I've been looking at this since you posted it, and hesitating to comment. It is interesting to me that the woman is a simple outline, and she seems to be looking very pensively at the "bump" (as Leeza called it). What I find very compelling is twhat seems to be a skyline along the belly...perhaps she(you) is pondering how her world will change? Or perhaps that the unborn child has become her world? Or...each new life is presented with a world of possibility. The otlined figure is the part I find hard to read...either that she's open to the change or afarid that she will lose something of herself, or both... Even if I'm way off...it's a beautiful and touching image.

This is really cool, Elaine. HAs a serene feel to it. Is that the 'bump'? The line of the horizon? ... love your line work, too.
This is a very poetic piece Elaine. The blue is making it very emotional to me :)
